Your First Visit

When you are welcomed through our doors you will be ushered into a private room where you will fill out some information forms which enable us to get to know you  better. The forms are tailored to help us understand your specific problem so that we can help you more efficiently.

 For your first visit the doctors allot a half-hour for a thorough evaluation, including history-taking, physical exam and radiographs if indicated.  You will be then invited back for your Report of Findings, during which the doctors will spend one half-hour explaining to you the nature of your condition, recommend the best treatment plan for you and begin care.

Please bring your BC Care Card with you so that we can serve you better.
