About Sarah Reynolds, RMT

As a recent graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, Sarah is pleased to be part of the team working at the Reed Family Wellness Centre in Nanaimo. She is looking forward to living in the Nanaimo area and meeting and helping those who will benefit from the techniques and training she has acquired. 

Though born in Jasper, Alberta, Sarah grew up in St.Albert and was involved in Girl Guides, dance, baseball, soccer, and cross country running.  After high school graduation Sarah trained and worked as a Nursing Assistant in Edmonton, and continued working as a Nurse’s Assistant living in Victoria, until she started her RMT training.             

Sarah has a special interest in myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Swedish as well as therapeutic massage and treating a variety of conditions such as overuse injuries, fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinson’s, and pregnancy massage.
