Yoga 101 with Laurah-Lee (Monday 5:45-6:45 pm):
If you want to learn the basics, or brush up on your poses, this class is perfect for you.
Slow and Flow with Stacy (Monday 7:00-8:15 pm):
In this gently-paced class, Stacy will guide you through a series of postures with a healthy spine in mind.
Evening Hatha with Laura (Wednesday 6:30-7:45):
Cap off your day with a practice that will create balance and open the channels of your body so energy can flow freely.
Prenatal with Laura (Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm)
Join experienced prenatal yogi Laura Jesson Love for a nourishing practice that will soothe you and strengthen your connection with your baby. Enjoy a like-minded community of women progressing through this wonderful journey with you.
Restorative/Yin with Laura (Thursday 5:45-7:00 pm):
Choose your own adventure! Both Restorative and Yin are practices that hold poses for an extended period of time. Restorative yoga is perfect if you are recovered or still recovering from injury. You’ll be supported by blocks and bolsters. Yin is for you if you’re looking to complement your regular practice or if you want to dive a little deeper.
Carpe Diem with Laurah-Lee (Saturday 9:30-10:45 am):
Start off your Saturday with Laurah-Lee–she offers an uplifting practice infused with love and humour that will set an awesome tone for the weekend.
